How do you get your cross stitch kits? For many years, I didn't buy kits at all,
just Aida and patterns. I bought a kit from Herrschner's recently, because it was something I couldn't find in the stores. Last week, I got a package from Herrschner's and on the package, it said "Here's your order." I hadn't ordered anything from them! It had a length of Aida, and a note, stating that the Aida that came in the kit was the wrong gauge, and the design would be off. So, they sent the correct Aida for no charge!
